Returns Policy.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
We have a 30 day returns policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. For any faulty items, this needs to be identified within the 30 day period and brought to our support team’s attention if items are to be replaced. Beyond that, a warranty claim needs to be raised and this will be done with the manufacturer of the product.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Non-returnable items include:
- 1. Big Boi Blower;
- 2. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; and/or
- 3. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase.
To process any returns, send an email to info@bachaco.com.au with details on your order and reason for the return. We endeavour to respond to your request within 24 hours with further instructions on how to proceed.
If there are any issues with your order, please advise us as soon as possible.
REFUNDS
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of this. We will also notify you of the outcome of your return.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Note that the refund timeframe varies based on payment method however are usually processed within 3-5 business days.
If you have not received the refund within this period, please contact your bank / financial institution directly to investigate further.
If you have completed all of the steps above and your refund still has not been received, please contact us at bachaco@outlook.com.au referring to your order number.
In the event where the product is faulty, you will need to raise a return request within 30 days of receiving the product if a refund is required.
EXCHANGES
Bacha & Co does not offer exchanges of any products. We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact the team at Bacha & Co prior sending your item back, at info@bachaco.com.au
RETURNS SHIPPING
Customers are fully responsible for the return shipping costs.
Take advantage of the Paypal FREE Returns guarantee of up to $45 per shipment. Register here and ensure the purchase is made via Paypal (to qualify).
Depending on where you live, the time taken to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that your returned item will be received as this is out of our control.
